    This video is there for those days when getting out of bed - for whatever reason that happens to be - is an impossibility. But, you are eager to practice. This 'Earth' practice helps the energy move downwards away from the head helping symptoms such as insomnia, over-thinking, nervousness/anxiety and also helps with elimination of stress and elimination of constipation (a common symptom of vata increase/nervous system distress).
