COMPASSION FOR SELF FIRST

If you need to reduce excess pressure in the mind/body try out this short sequence. This is a practice for an excess of Pitta Dosha (pressure, acidity and heat). This practice starts with some work to release tension from the neck and shoulders and culminates with some eye exercises and grounding forward folds and ends with a practice for compassion.
