MARMA MASSAGE FOR EYE STRAIN

This is a great practice for the end of a day on the computer/screen time just before you close everything down for the day. Warm your oil or get your face lotion ready. Sit down somewhere quiet where you won't be distracted or interrupted for 15 minutes and begin a de-stress practice that is great for eye strain, general stress, tension headaches and migraines and many Pitta excess symptoms (inflammation, excess pressure (high blood pressure) in the system, acidity (acid reflux, arthritis) and over-heating (feeling irritated, aggravated and like you're in a pressure pot).
