This lovely practice is a great de-stress all by itself but if you have time for a real treat, pair it up with either of the marma massage for the feet practices. Marmas on the feet are activated with both movement and massage and are recommended for painful, cold feet, insomnia, stress/hyperactivity, headaches/migraines, sciatica, poor circulation (especially feet and legs), constipation/gas/wind, cystitis/bladder pain, IBS and emotional overwhelm.
