MODIFIED MOON SALUTATION

This is a modified chandra namaskara (moon salutation) practice including inversions and breathwork to move energy AND ground and relax. Have your blocks ready for under the hands please and bend the knees whenever you need to take pressure away from the low back. This Water and Earth Element practice is ideal for a daily practice and is worth learning by rote for a wonderful addition to your other practices.
