DAY FOUR - SLOWING DOWN

Set up your space with a bolster/blanket/blocks under your knees to relieve the back and encourage a deeper breath. Have a light or heavy blanket over you - whichever is right for the Season. Having warm feet and a dark room (perhaps using an eye-pillow for this) is key.
