DAY ONE - MORNING CLEANSE

I suggest the first time you practice, you use palms and tapping to get used to the sequence. As you practice each morning, the massage can be tailored to your preference and involves a few different techniques: Dry Skin Body Brush: Using a dry skin body brush, gently stroke your skin in upward movements. This helps to exfoliate dead skin cells, stimulate lymphatic flow, and invigorate the senses. Garshana Gloves (Silk Glove Brushing): Alternatively, you can use garshana gloves, made from raw silk, to perform a similar dry brushing technique. This method not only exfoliates but also boosts circulation and promotes detoxification. Using Palms: For a more hands-on approach, you can simply use your palms to massage your body. Ayurvedic Oil Massage: Another wonderful option is to use an Ayurvedic oil tailored to your dosha (body type). Warm the oil slightly and apply it to your skin, using the video guide. This method nourishes the skin, calms the mind, and prepares the body for the day ahead. After the massage, allow the oil to sit for a few minutes before washing it off as part of the cleansing process. Each method offers unique benefits, and you can choose the one that resonates most with you. Whichever technique you use, this morning cleanse massage is a mindful way to honour your body and align with the natural flow of the day. This practice embodies the Ayurvedic principles of balance and harmony, setting a positive tone for your entire day.
