A 5 minute practice that is designed to take you inwards away from action, solving, fixing and fighting with the outside world. Grab a bolster/rolled up blanket/rolled up mat/blanket (something that you can role up and use for extra comfort) to support under the knees. Make sure the height of the support allows complete comfort in the forward fold. Allow time for a great big stretch after your forward fold, then take rest in savasana.
