ANTI-AGING - GENTLE BACK RELEASE

Gentle Hip and Back Mobilization

Warm, ground, and protect with this gentle and quick mobilization practice designed to release tension around the hips and back. This session is not suitable if your back is still in spasm, but it can be beneficial once you're able to move a bit again. Take it easy and stop if the movements trigger more spasms. Over the course of a few days, the movements should start to feel safe and comfortable again.
